Plumber in Mars, PA

Garry K. and his hardworking assistant, Max, installed two backflow valves, a radon mitigation system, and did some other plumbing repairs including a toilet fill valve. They successfully completed some very challenging and difficult work. Garry explained the work very well, and answered all questions patiently and clearly. All work was completed in a professional, timely and efficient manner. Scheduling/communication through Naomi was very good. I highly recommend Garry K and Out Of This World Plumbing.

We had a great experience with Out of This World Plumbing. They were professional, kind, courteous, and very respectful throughout the entire job. Communication was excellent, they showed up on time, and they kept everything very clean while working. It’s hard to find companies that genuinely care about customer service these days, but these guys definitely do. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable plumbing service!

We recently had a laundry tub installed, and the entire experience was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Adam was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process, ensured everything was properly fitted and sealed, and left the workspace spotless when the job was complete. The installation itself is flawless — the tub is perfectly level, securely mounted, and functions beautifully. All plumbing connections were done neatly and efficiently, with great attention to detail. It’s clear that quality workmanship and customer satisfaction are top priorities. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend this service to anyone needing plumbing work done. Five stars all the way!!

We had an excellent experience! Austin and Randy were punctual, arrived on time for every appointment, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and all of our repair options. What we appreciated most was their flexibility; while they were here for one repair, they were able to help us with several additional items that needed attention as well. Their customer service was outstanding, and they were able to fit us into their schedule within just two days. We were very impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy plumbing service.

I had an excellent experience with Dave M. from Out of This World Plumbing. This was a significant job involving the installation and replacement of ABS drain piping, and Dave handled every aspect with professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. From start to finish, he was thorough and transparent. He took the time to explain the work that needed to be done, provided photos of the damaged and rusted pipes, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He replaced the cleanout at the base of the stack, chipped out and patched the concrete as required, and completed a drain camera inspection from the main cleanout all the way to the street to ensure there were no additional concerns. What impressed me most was Dave's patience and persistence in fully investigating the issue and ensuring the work was done properly. He provided honest advice and recommendations without any pressure, and I felt that he approached the job in a very fair and trustworthy manner. He was also flexible and accommodating when coordinating with the tenants in my unit, which made the process much easier. Dave is clearly passionate about his work. He was exceptionally clean, organized, and took great pride in the quality of his workmanship. It's not often that you find someone who combines technical expertise, integrity, strong communication skills, and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Dave M. and Out of This World Plumbing to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and dependable plumber. The quality of work and level of service were outstanding.
