Water heater installation in Cranberry Township, PA

Garry K. and his hardworking assistant, Max, installed two backflow valves, a radon mitigation system, and did some other plumbing repairs including a toilet fill valve. They successfully completed some very challenging and difficult work. Garry explained the work very well, and answered all questions patiently and clearly. All work was completed in a professional, timely and efficient manner. Scheduling/communication through Naomi was very good. I highly recommend Garry K and Out Of This World Plumbing.

We had a great experience with Out of This World Plumbing. They were professional, kind, courteous, and very respectful throughout the entire job. Communication was excellent, they showed up on time, and they kept everything very clean while working. It’s hard to find companies that genuinely care about customer service these days, but these guys definitely do. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable plumbing service!

We recently had a laundry tub installed, and the entire experience was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Adam was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process, ensured everything was properly fitted and sealed, and left the workspace spotless when the job was complete. The installation itself is flawless — the tub is perfectly level, securely mounted, and functions beautifully. All plumbing connections were done neatly and efficiently, with great attention to detail. It’s clear that quality workmanship and customer satisfaction are top priorities. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend this service to anyone needing plumbing work done. Five stars all the way!!

Austin came to replace our sump pump and battery backup during a time of need. He was extremely professional and hard working. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and taught me a few things which was extremely nice of him. He called whenever he was on his way so we knew when to expect him. I would highly recommend Out Of This World Plumbing for anyone with their plumbing needs. I will be using them again. Thanks Austin! Wayne and Larissa

Recently used Out of This World Plumbing and had a great experience. Austin was personable, knowledgeable, and finished the job faster than quoted. I was especially impressed by how open he was to answering questions beyond the scope of the job. No cutting corners, prompt arrival, and a genuinely trustworthy person. I would absolutely recommend their services. I’m not sure if you can request a specific plumber — and I’m sure the whole team is excellent — but Austin really went above and beyond to build the kind of trust you hope for when hiring someone to work on your home.
