Garry K. and his hardworking assistant, Max, installed two backflow valves, a radon mitigation system, and did some other plumbing repairs including a toilet fill valve. They successfully completed some very challenging and difficult work. Garry explained the work very well, and answered all questions patiently and clearly. All work was completed in a professional, timely and efficient manner. Scheduling/communication through Naomi was very good. I highly recommend Garry K and Out Of This World Plumbing.

I had an excellent experience with Dave M. from Out of This World Plumbing. This was a significant job involving the installation and replacement of ABS drain piping, and Dave handled every aspect with professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. From start to finish, he was thorough and transparent. He took the time to explain the work that needed to be done, provided photos of the damaged and rusted pipes, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He replaced the cleanout at the base of the stack, chipped out and patched the concrete as required, and completed a drain camera inspection from the main cleanout all the way to the street to ensure there were no additional concerns. What impressed me most was Dave's patience and persistence in fully investigating the issue and ensuring the work was done properly. He provided honest advice and recommendations without any pressure, and I felt that he approached the job in a very fair and trustworthy manner. He was also flexible and accommodating when coordinating with the tenants in my unit, which made the process much easier. Dave is clearly passionate about his work.
